Banii sunt pentru implementarea unei soluții de monitorizare a securității cibernetice de tip SIEM într-o întreprindere mică sau mijlocie, acoperind analiza, pregătirea infrastructurii, proiectarea regulilor, instalarea, testarea și tranziția la operare cu instruire. Se pot aplica entități legale înregistrate în Slovacia care califică drept întreprinderi mici sau mijlocii, iar grantul acoperă 90% din costurile eligibile, fără ca achiziția soluției SIEM în sine să fie cost eligibil.

Eligible projects under this call must focus on supporting the implementation of a cybersecurity monitoring solution (Security Information and Event Management) in a small or medium sized enterprise. The project must include all mandatory phases listed below and may also include the optional cybersecurity audit phase.The project must cover the following phases:· Analysis - mandatory· Preparation of infrastructure, information systems and log sources - mandatory· Design and configuration of rules - mandatory· Deployment and integration of the SIEM solution in the applicant’s environment - mandatory· Testing - mandatory· Transition to operation, adoption and training, mandatory· Cybersecurity audit under Act No. 69/2018 Coll. On Cybersecurity following SIEM deployment, optionalThe required measurable project output is one enterprise with an implemented SIEM. The purchase of the SIEM solution itself is not an eligible cost. The project objective must be maintained for three years following the financial completion of the project.

The aid intensity is 90% of the total eligible project costs.The minimum grant amount is EUR 10,000 and the maximum grant amount is EUR 40,500.The target beneficiaries are legal entities registered in the Slovak Republic that qualify as small or medium-sized enterprises. Natural persons-entrepreneurs and microenterprises are not eligible.For de minimis purposes, only the national 50% share of the grant is counted towards the EUR 300,000 de minimis ceiling.The basic payment model reimbursement.The grant can be paid after completion of an activity or as one final payment at the end of the project.The NCC may also provide pre-financing up to 50% of the approved grant.Pre-financing is only possible if the beneficiary is assessed as having a good financial and economic situation.
