Descriere

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Planung, Lieferung, Montage, Inbetriebnahme und betriebsfertige Übergabe einer Membrananlage. Die Membrananlage ist als vollständiges Gesamtsystem auszuführen und muss aus folgenden zwei Einheiten bestehen: Einheit 1: Membrananlage für Keramikmodule (Mikro- und Ultrafiltration) Angestrebte Größe: Aktive Membranfläche ca. 30 m², 4 mm hydraulischer Kanaldurchmesser Einheit 2: Membrananlage für Spiralwickelmodule (Mikro,- Ultra-, Nanofiltration) Angestrebte Größe: ca. 6 Membranen, 8“x 40“ Membranen (bzw. 38“ in sanitärer Ausführung). Beide Einheiten müssen separat betreibbar sowie verfahrenstechnisch und steuerungstechnisch aufeinander abgestimmt sein. ENGLISCH VERSION The subject of the tender is the design, supply, installation, commissioning, and handover in an operational state of a membrane system. The membrane system is to be implemented as a complete, integrated system and must consist of the following two units: Unit 1: Membrane system for ceramic modules (microfiltration and ultrafiltration) Target size: Active membrane area approx. 30 m², 4 mm hydraulic channel diameter Unit 2: Membrane system for spiral-wound modules (microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration) Target size: Approx. 6 membranes, 8" x 40" membranes (or 38" in sanitary design) Both units must be capable of independent operation while being coordinated in terms of process engineering and control systems.
