Descriere

Sourcing of data and evidence for policy design and implementation of Trans European Digital Networks (TEN-D) complementing the Cable Projects of European Interest (CPEI) exercise. The following identification of infrastructure investment gaps and assessment of potential market failures should lead to recommending the most appropriate interventions, including magnitude and instruments requiring EU funding, under the European Competitiveness Fund (ECF).
